It is designed to manage all aspects of training scheduling and management including Offered course details & up-keeping,
client accounts, client course bookings, tutor selection and assignment for bookings, communication board, and automated certificate generation.
Administrators can manage all back-end functions online.
As managing their courses efficiently and effectively was a priority for CJ, this application now enables their
customers to view and book all offered courses directly whilst giving the client the option to view all their current as well as past bookings,
delegate details, request certificates with up-to-date information. CJ’s Tutors also no longer need to manually check their booking diaries as now they can access this information online.
The various administrative functions such as maintaining records, checklist for the courses, communicating with the clients & tutors,
generating reports and certificate generation are all done online thus reducing the paper-work and time required tremendously.
W3Quest is also providing application Hosting on its server along with Support & Maintenance enabling CJ Associates to concentrate on their core business.
