Should you wish to expand the functionality of Microsoft CRM, modify it to better fit your business processes, or require services over and above those offered with the W3Quest packages, we have a range of options available.

Data migration and import
You may already have important data that you wish to have available in Microsoft CRM from the day that you start using it. W3Quest can help you with migration of data from existing systems or import of new data that you have purchased

Additional users
The W3Quest packages go up to 20 users, however Microsoft CRM is inherently scalable with some existing clients running over 1000 concurrent users. If you require a larger implementation, we will provide prices on request.

Integration
Microsoft CRM is built from the ground up on the latest .Net technology. This makes it the most advanced business system on the market today and enables it to be integrated simply and robustly with other systems such as your Finance & Accounting package or your website.

W3Quest has a dedicated team of integration specialists that can assist you with Integrating Microsoft CRM.

Customisation
W3Quest includes an ‘out of the box’ installation of Microsoft CRM which is sufficient for the majority of requirements, however Microsoft CRM is inherently flexible and can be customised to meet your specific business processes.

We can provide customisation advice and services and can develop specific fields, screens, and reports to meet your needs.

Extended Support
The W3Quest packages come with Microsoft Software Assurance and a pack of 10 support incidents with our helpdesk.

If required we can also provide you with additional packs of support incidents or an annual support contract with unlimited support calls.

Additional Training
W3Quest includes 1 day of end user training per 5 users purchased. We can provide more in depth training for system administrators or those wishing to customise the application themselves.
