Training Services CRM : Product Summary
Training Services CRM is designed to be an online extension to training services provider website; their administrator will be overall in-charge of solution. They would create other administrator, trainers and client user accounts. New client users would also be able to request registration online as part of the existing/new company requiring administrator approval.
Clients can view all available courses and request booking for required courses. On receiving booking request, administrator would then assign an available trainer for the booking. Finalised booking course details are communicated to both client and trainer by the administrator. Client would be able to update delegate information up to certain specified date before the course date. Administrator can update course booking discussion board keeping client and trainer informed about booking related information/updates. If required, administrator can also cancel a booking at any time prior to course date.
Once course is conducted, trainer would update the delegate and other booking related information. Administrator will flag the course as conducted, update essential information and generate required certificates.
As a part of CRM, administrator can update available courses details, add and modify course certificates and terms & conditions. They will also be able to view audit information about user transactions, view/print reports, activate/in-activate clients and trainers accounts. They can also generate invoice in the printable format.
All client users would be able to view all aspects of their bookings and update their individual user accounts
CRM uses combination of automation and manual processes to deliver and manage functionality meeting the business requirement.
