General Support
All W3Quest developed functionality and scripting is guaranteed for a period of 12 months after completion. We analyse and hope to correct any errors as a matter of priority (4 hour response, working hours 9 – 5 PM) for the first 6 weeks of the arrangement. This generally works well, as it is during this initial period that the majority of errors, if any, on a site are likely to occur. We have appropriate change request and error correction in place to resolve any issues.
Although every effort is made to maximise it, software reliability can never be 100% guaranteed and problems will occasionally occur. Different users, nationalities, data, browsers, circumstances etc. all may create issues unbeknown and unforeseen. W3Quest can allay fears by offering prompt diagnosis and action through controlled procedures and channels.
Although all clients receive a basic level of support, owners of critical and high profile sites / applications have the option to extend these services via support contracts to meet their requirements. We also offer additional support services including:
